Mr. Tung (58 years old) has nearly 5 years left until retirement age. He has held the position of Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs since 2016.

According to the plan to streamline the apparatus, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs will merge with the Ministry of Home Affairs, in which 35 focal points will be adjusted. Specifically, 17 state management agencies and units will transfer all areas related to labor, employment and meritorious people to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
