Video: Little boy Cauzinho Neto works hard at the gym every day
Every day, Cauzinho Neto wakes up at 5:30 to run 5km and do sit-ups. Then he has breakfast and goes to school.
In the afternoon, after school, the boy rests, does homework, and spends 2.5 hours lifting weights. At the same time, he always maintains a schedule of going to bed at 9pm.
Thanks to his hard training routine, Cauzinho is one of the most muscular kids in the world. Cauzinho can lift 91kg, three times his body weight.
His toned physique has helped him attract 265,000 followers on Instagram, and he aims to become a top weightlifter.

In 2021, while going to the gym with his father, Cauzinho started to get acquainted with this sport. Mr. Carlos (Cauzinho's father) shared that Cauzinho gave up his passion for football when he "fell in love" with weightlifting and was participating in a weightlifting class with students older than him.
"In the first 15 days of weightlifting, Cauzinho can easily perform movements that students who have been training for months may not be able to do," said Mr. Carlos.
Cauzinho quickly learned some techniques and gradually built up his muscles during his early weightlifting lessons. He even won third place in the LPO Amateur Olympic Weightlifting Championship in Salvador.
Many people worry that weightlifting will affect Cauzinho's height development. However, the boy's father said: "I have played many sports since I was 10 years old and it has not affected my height at all. I am currently 1.91m tall. Since starting weightlifting, Cauzinho has increased his height by 13cm, reaching the standard height for a 12-year-old."
