According to Neowin , the Galaxy S25 Ultra is said to come with 16GB of RAM, the first increase in capacity since the Galaxy S21 Ultra. They are also said to come with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging similar to the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The reason behind keeping the battery specifications the same as the previous generation is said to be because Samsung wants to limit the cost of its future flagship phones.
Galaxy S25 Ultra has a major upgrade in the rear camera system
Now, a new report from X-user Sperandio4Tech reveals details about the Galaxy S25 Ultra's camera sensors. According to the report, the phone will have three upgraded camera sensors, which is in line with previous reports that the top-end version of the Galaxy S25 series will have a major upgrade in the camera system.
In terms of specific parameters, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to be equipped with a 200 MP camera with the new ISOCELL HP2 sensor from Samsung. Combined with that is a new version of the 1/2.76 inch JN1 sensor, which is slightly smaller than the sensor on the Galaxy S24 Ultra but will increase the camera resolution to 50 MP.
As for the 3x telephoto camera, Samsung is rumored to be bringing a new 1/3-inch ISOCELL sensor to the Galaxy S25 Ultra. This sensor will be larger than the one on the Galaxy S24 Ultra and will also bump up the resolution to 50MP.
