After the Lunar New Year holiday of At Ty 2025, cultural, spiritual and scenic tourist attractions in Binh Thuan province continue to attract a large number of tourists from all over to pray for blessings, combine spring travel, sightseeing and tourism.

This is an opportunity for Binh Thuan to introduce and promote local cultural and historical values ​​to friends and tourists at home and abroad.

At destinations such as Co Thach Pagoda, Ta Cu Mountain, Thay Thiem Palace, Ong Pagoda, Duc Thanh Relic Site, etc., many people and tourists come to offer incense and pray.

This time is also considered the “golden time” of the spiritual tourism season of the year. Security and order are well organized, ensuring that everyone can travel and worship solemnly.

Ta Cu Mountain (Ham Thuan Nam district) is a famous spiritual eco-tourism destination of Binh Thuan that is visited by many tourists, especially at the beginning of the new year.

With an altitude of 649m above sea level, Ta Cu Mountain is not only known as a majestic nature reserve with a rich ecosystem but also home to the ancient Linh Son Truong Tho Pagoda and the 49m long reclining Buddha statue "Shakyamuni entering nirvana".

With the unique architecture of the temples, majestic nature, cool air and cable car system services, trekking journey to Ta Cu mountain..., this place always attracts tourists.

Mr. Phan Nhan (from Ho Chi Minh City) said that since ancient times, going to temples, pagodas, and shrines at the beginning of the year has been one of the beautiful spiritual cultural features of Vietnamese people. Every year, after a time of reunion with relatives, his family goes to the pagodas to pray for a year of peace and health.

This is also an opportunity for families to travel together, adding experiences to life.

According to statistics, from the first to the seventh day of Tet, Ta Cu Mountain Tourist Area welcomed more than 15,000 visitors, most of whom were domestic visitors coming to visit and offer prayers; revenue from tourism activities reached about 2.5 billion VND.

The number of visitors is forecast to continue to increase during the Full Moon Festival this year and may last until the end of January.

According to Mr. Nguyen Tan Chinh, Director of Ta Cu Mountain Tourism Joint Stock Company, although there were many visitors, activities took place in an orderly manner, without any jostling or pushing.

The company has proactively implemented plans to serve and welcome tourists attentively; at the same time, it has coordinated with functional forces and local authorities to strengthen traffic safety, security and order, fire prevention and fighting...

To serve the increasing needs of tourists, in 2025, the unit will develop more spiritual tourism products such as happy journeys, sound therapy, etc.

In addition, the Company continues to coordinate with units to build and expand outdoor discovery tours, trekking, paragliding, etc.

At Co Thach Pagoda (Binh Thanh Commune, Tuy Phong District), the number of visitors coming to the pagoda to receive New Year's blessings and pray has increased compared to normal days.

According to the Binh Thanh Tourism Management Board, from the first day of Tet until now, the locality has welcomed about 10,000 visitors, most of whom are from districts in the province and neighboring provinces. Visitors come to visit the pagoda, combine tourism, visit Bai Moss, Bai 7-color Stone, etc.

Binh Thuan is a land of rich and diverse cultural heritage values; including many historical and cultural relics.

According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Thuan, the province currently has more than 80 relics; of which 28 relics and scenic spots are ranked at the national level and 52 relics and scenic spots at the provincial level.

In order to attract visitors to spiritual tourist attractions and cultural relic sites, in recent years, the province has devoted many resources as well as promoted socialized resources to preserve, restore and effectively promote the cultural and historical values ​​of relics and scenic spots in the province.

Up to now, most of the national relics and 50% of provincial relics have been invested in restoration and embellishment. Thereby, not only preserving, exploiting and promoting the values ​​of tangible cultural heritage effectively, meeting the needs of spiritual and cultural life, but also contributing significantly to the development of tourism and promoting the local socio-economy.

Many historical and cultural relics, scenic spots and traditional festivals, typical local culture have been researched, restored, preserved, embellished and promoted, contributing to introducing, promoting and developing cultural and spiritual tourism activities to attract a large number of tourists to Binh Thuan./.
