At exactly 7:10 a.m., the National Assembly delegation led by General Secretary and President To Lam, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, Standing member of the Secretariat Luong Cuong and other Party and State leaders departed from Bac Son Street to pay their respects to President Ho Chi Minh at the Mausoleum.
