Accordingly, on January 22, in Tam Ky City, Quang Nam Province, the Supreme People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce and present the decision to appoint the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Quang Nam Provincial People's Procuracy.
At the ceremony, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy Nguyen Quang Dung presented the decision to appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Hong - Head of the Office of Prosecution, Investigation and Trial Supervision of Economic and Position-related Criminal Cases (Office 3, Quang Nam Provincial People's Procuracy) to the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Procuracy for a period of 5 years, starting from February 1, 2025.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Dung said that the new Deputy Chief Prosecutor Nguyen Thi Kim Hong is a young official with more than 20 years of experience in the prosecution industry, having grown from practical experience at the grassroots level, holding various positions. Ms. Hong always strives to fulfill her duties well, and is trusted by the collective leadership, cadres, and civil servants of the Quang Nam prosecution industry, and is recommended for appointment to the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Procuracy.
On the same day, January 22, Dak Lak Provincial People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce and present the decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy on the transfer and appointment of the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the Ea Kar and Krong Buk District People's Procuracy.
Accordingly, Mr. Hoang Van Toan - Primary Prosecutor of Buon Ho Town People's Procuracy - was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Krong Buk District People's Procuracy, for a term of 5 years from February 1, 2025.
On the same day, the ceremony announced and presented the decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Le Viet Binh - Junior Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Buon Ma Thuot City to the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the Ea Kar District People's Procuracy, for a term of 5 years from February 1, 2025.
Also during the days before Tet, Lang Son Provincial People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce and hand over decisions on staff transfer and appointment .
Accordingly, the Head of the Personnel Organization Department, Lang Son Provincial People's Procuracy announced Decision No. 28 dated January 16, 2025 of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Pham Duy Ly - Intermediate Prosecutor, Head of the Department of Prosecution Practice, Investigation Prosecution, and First Instance Trial Prosecution of Criminal Cases on Social Order to work and hold the position of Chief Justice of Lang Son City People's Procuracy, Lang Son Province, for a term of 5 years, starting from January 16, 2025.
Mr. Pham Duy Ly - the new Chief Prosecutor of Lang Son City People's Procuracy - promised to continuously study, practice, improve qualifications and maintain internal solidarity to work with the unit to successfully complete assigned tasks.
