Attending and directing the contest were Colonel Ho Sy Quyen, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command. Also attending were the heads of the Military Region and the heads of the Provincial Military Command.

The contest had 3 participating teams, which were core cadres, representing cadres and members of the Women's Union of the provincial Military Command agencies. The contestants competed in 3 parts: Answering questions about knowledge about resolutions, regulations, tasks, and experience in association activities; a propaganda contest in the form of dramatization and a talent contest.

With a high sense of responsibility, calmness and confidence, the contestants demonstrated their understanding of the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's and the Army's policies and laws on women and women's work, creatively and flexibly applying theatrical forms such as singing, dancing and drama to promote issues related to gender equality and the ongoing women's emulation movement.

Through the contest, the aim is to make a breakthrough: Promote the application of information technology, improve the quality of activities of the Women's Union; train and build a team of female cadres and members with strong political will, comprehensive development in the fields proposed by the 7th Military Women's Congress and the 6th Military Region Women's Congress. At the same time, contribute to helping cadres and members train and cultivate themselves to strive to meet the standards of women in the new period: "Confident, self-respecting, loyal, and responsible".

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the Women's Union of the Logistics Department, the second prize to the Women's Union of the Political Department, the third prize to the Women's Union of the Staff Department; 3 individuals with outstanding achievements and 2 individuals receiving certificates of excellent Women's Union cadres.
