On the evening of November 17, at the Provincial Convention Center, the Department of Grassroots Culture in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thai Binh organized the closing ceremony of the Red River Convergence mass art performance.

The Organizing Committee awarded gold medal certificates to the plays of art troupes from Thai Binh province, Thanh Hoa province and Hai Phong city.

This year's Red River Convergence Festival held in Thai Binh attracted nearly 500 actors and musicians from 8 mass art troupes from the provinces and cities: Hung Yen, Ha Nam, Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Vinh Phuc, Thanh Hoa and Thai Binh. During the 4 days of the event, from November 14 to 17, through traditional Cheo art, the art troupes conveyed many rich and diverse topics: historical figures, cultural celebrities, legends, myths and topical areas. The festival featured many non-professional actors performing for the first time on a regional stage. These are the core elements in preserving and promoting traditional Cheo art.

At the closing ceremony of the festival, a large audience from inside and outside the province watched the play "Green Support" by the Hai Phong City mass art troupe.

The organizers awarded a silver medal certificate to the representative of the art troupe with the excellent performance.

The organizers awarded silver medal certificates to the outstanding actors of the festival.

The organizing committee awarded gold and silver medals to the best actors. Gold medals for the best performances were awarded to art troupes from Thai Binh, Thanh Hoa and Hai Phong provinces.
