According to the police, on the evening of December 30, 2024, Trang drove a motorbike carrying Ngo Thanh Tien (born in 1988, residing in Thu Duc City) on Kha Van Can Street, from Uu Dam Pagoda to Pham Van Dong Street.
When arriving at the train barrier at km 1717+600, Hiep Binh Chanh ward, Trang met an approaching train. Staff Hoang Thi Binh performed the task of blocking the train barrier to ensure the safety of the railway corridor.
At that time, a couple was stuck inside. Mrs. Binh said to wait for the train to pass and then open the barrier to let them go. Then, a young man wearing a GrabBike shirt standing next to the barrier used his hand to lift the barrier so that the couple could ride their motorbike towards Uu Dam Pagoda. So Mrs. Binh asked the young man to stop and a conflict and argument broke out.
At this time, Trang parked her car next to the barrier and said: "Let people pass, why are you being so mean?" At that time, Mrs. Binh replied: "What do you know, just shut up." Hearing that, Trang got angry and rushed to beat Mrs. Binh until everyone stopped her.
The victim then went to Thu Duc City Hospital for emergency treatment and then to Hiep Binh Chanh Ward Police to report and file a request for criminal proceedings against Trang. At the investigation agency, Trang admitted to the above actions.
