There are not many people looking to buy land and land prices are showing signs of decreasing.

The reason is that the market has a "virtual fever" due to some information related to the merger of provinces, the transaction price is pushed up. Up to now, many investors have hesitated when seeing the price level is too high, no longer good profit, high risk so they do not buy anymore, some people who "hold" the goods want to sell but find it difficult to find buyers as expected.

Mr. Thanh believes that rushing to invest following trends and crowd psychology increases financial risks and the risk of encountering negative behaviors such as: Fraud, lack of transparency about products, and even fraud.

Land in the Southern Urban Area, Bac Giang city was once introduced by a team of real estate brokers with high prices in a short time.

Previously, according to some brokers, the price of land in the Southern Urban Area, Bac Giang city increased by billions of dong per plot in a short time. Many landowners, despite seeing the high price, did not sell and continued to hope that the price would increase further. In Voi town (Lang Giang), many people also sought to buy, causing the land price to increase, but now the price has decreased, some people want to sell but few people ask to buy.

Experts recommend that investors need to be very alert, consider, carefully research the product, and not invest based on rumors to avoid risks.
