Lieutenant General To An Xo, spokesman for the Ministry of Public Security, said that by 6:30 p.m. on June 12, the police force had arrested five more suspects involved in the shooting attack on two commune police headquarters in Cu Kuin district , bringing the total number of suspects arrested to 27.
Authorities have seized a number of military weapons, including a CKC rifle. The search for the remaining fugitives will continue.

On the morning of June 12, the Government delegation led by Mr. Tran Luu Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister, had a working session with the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee to hear a quick report on the incident that occurred in the early morning of June 11 in Cu Kuin district. After the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister and the delegation visited, encouraged and expressed condolences to the families of the victims in the above incident.
Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang also visited and encouraged two commune police officers and soldiers who were injured while on duty and are currently being treated at the Central Highlands General Hospital.
On the same day, the working delegation led by Senior Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang, Deputy Minister of Public Security, visited, paid tribute to, and offered condolences to the families of police officers and soldiers who died in the attack on the headquarters of two commune police stations in Cu Kuin district.
Regarding the above incident, on June 12, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang signed Decision No. 684/QD-TTg to grant the "Fatherland's Gratitude" certificate to 6 martyrs who died on June 11, 2023 in the attack on the police headquarters of 2 communes in Cu Kuin.
