Yen Bai - On the afternoon of February 11, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department held a meeting to say goodbye to cadres and civil servants who retired early and transferred jobs according to Project No. 28, dated January 26, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on merging the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

Attending the meeting were comrade Ta Van Long - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Party Secretary of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committees.
At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission announced the decisions to establish specialized departments of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission and decisions on the personnel work of the Commission. At the same time, the decisions to establish departments and decisions to appoint heads and deputy heads of departments under the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission were presented.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ta Van Long and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Minh Tuan presented flowers and gifts to retired cadres.
Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Nguyen Minh Tuan presented the appointment decisions of heads and deputy heads of departments under the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
Along with that, at the meeting, we said goodbye to cadres and civil servants who retired early and transferred jobs according to the Party's policies and the State's policies.
Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Minh Tuan - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission emphasized: Implementing Resolution No. 18 of the Central Committee on restructuring and streamlining the apparatus, the Commission has 4 comrades who have requested early retirement and 7 comrades who have transferred jobs. In order for the restructuring of the political system's apparatus to proceed smoothly, many cadres and party members, including those who are key cadres and leaders with prestige and capacity, have voluntarily resigned from their jobs.
The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department expressed his sincere thanks and deep gratitude to the comrades for their wholehearted dedication and contribution throughout their work for the development of the agency and unit, always maintaining professional ethics, being dedicated to their work and living emotionally and closely with their colleagues in the agency. And for the comrades who have transferred jobs, he believes that they will continue to promote the tradition of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, and perform well all assigned tasks.
