Phu Yen Tax Department has just requested the Inspection and Examination Department and its affiliated tax branches to speed up the implementation of regulations on electronic invoices after each sale at petrol stations in the province according to Official Dispatch 129 dated December 9, 2024 of the Prime Minister.
Accordingly, Phu Yen Tax Department requires units to work with businesses that have not yet issued electronic invoices for each sale using the automatic connection method, and to grasp the progress of the conversion implementation of businesses to provide timely support.
The Tax Department also requested its affiliated units to strengthen inspection and regular supervision of retail gasoline stores that have not yet converted; resolutely handle violations in cases of not issuing invoices when selling goods or issuing invoices at the wrong time according to regulations. For units with the rate of stores issuing invoices using automatic connection solutions reaching less than 60% of the total number of stores, the Tax Department requested to explain, report the reasons and implementation plan to ensure progress...
It is known that in recent times, although solutions have been actively implemented to promote businesses and retail stores selling gasoline in the area to convert to issuing electronic invoices after each sale using the automatic connection method, in some areas, the achievement rate is still low.
Specifically, currently, the whole province has 4/7 units with the rate of stores making invoices using automatic connection solutions reaching less than 60% of the total number of stores, including: Tay Hoa - Phu Hoa Regional Tax Department reaching 53%, Dong Hoa Town Tax Department 39%, Tuy An - Dong Xuan Regional Tax Department 24% and Song Hinh - Son Hoa Regional Tax Department 10%. The remaining 3/7 units have a rate of over 60% including: Tax Department Office reaching 95%, Song Cau Town Tax Department 75%, Tuy Hoa City Tax Department 67%.
