On October 10, the Provincial Veterans Association and the Provincial Red Cross Association coordinated with Ao Vua Joint Stock Company and local authorities to hand over the Humanitarian House to the family of Mr. Vu Van Hai - a member of the Veterans Association with especially difficult circumstances in Zone 3, Lang Son Commune, Ha Hoa District.

The “War Veterans’ Affection - Red Cross” House is designed to be a level 4 house on an area of 130m2 with a total cost of 210 million VND. Of which, the “War Veterans’ Affection” Fund in 2024 supports 40 million VND; the Red Cross Association and Ao Vua Joint Stock Company support 40 million VND. The remaining amount is the joint support of departments, branches, organizations, local authorities and relatives in the family.

The house was inaugurated and put into use, demonstrating the concern of the Red Cross Society at all levels, the Veterans Association, departments, sectors, organizations, businesses and philanthropists for those in particularly difficult circumstances. Thereby, helping Mr. Hai's family have more determination to rise up and stabilize their lives.
