Baldur's Gate 3 is out now on Xbox

After a long wait, the Xbox Series X/S version of Baldur's Gate 3 has finally been released, according to VGC . As promised by developer Larian, the Xbox version of the critically acclaimed RPG was revealed during The Game Awards 2023.

At the event, the game was added to the Xbox Store, and Baldur's Gate 3 also won the prestigious "Game of the Year" award. The game was nominated for 8 awards at The Game Awards this year, an impressive number that only Alan Wake 2 can match.

Baldur's Gate 3 was released for Windows PC in August and for PlayStation 5 and Mac a month later. The title is one of the most critically acclaimed games of the current generation and it was also a huge commercial success.

Larian announced last month that the game would get a physical Deluxe Edition, scheduled to release in Q1 next year and will be available on Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5, and PC platforms for $79.99.

The Deluxe Edition will feature a number of extras such as a physical copy, world map, soundtrack, Mind Flayer poster, Deluxe box designed to match the previous PC version's 'big box', 32 stickers and two patches.

Last month, Larian founder and CEO Swen Vincke said it was an honor that the studio's game had received a slew of nominations for awards at The Game Awards 2023.
