The song was written by RHYDER, a close colleague of Anh Tu Atus in the show Anh trai say hi . The collaboration between Anh Tu Atus and RHYDER received much attention from the audience.
The song is a mix of RnB and Pop, "tailored" by RHYDER for Anh Tú Atus' voice. Notably, RHYDER not only composed but also appeared in the MV, performing the rap for Anh Tú Atus' new song. This further demonstrates the harmony in music as well as the closeness in real life of the two artists.

Talking about inviting RHYDER to participate in this project, Anh Tu Atus said: "Tu likes RHYDER's music and sees his ability in Anh trai say hi . We also understand each other very well after Ngao Nghe , so Tu really wants to have a personal product to work with RHYDER.

The MV "The Attached Pain" was filmed entirely at night and early morning, to ensure that the crew's intentions were properly expressed. The bright spots in the frame were all artistically placed, helping to highlight the character's loneliness. In addition, there is a rain scene in the MV, which Anh Tu Atus had to film at 5am.

After the two nights of Anh trai say hi concert at My Dinh Stadium (Hanoi) on December 7 and 9, Anh Tu Atus shared that he was extremely moved to see the affection of the capital's audience for him and the program. After the concert, Anh Tu Atus will hold a fan meeting on December 21 at C30 Hoa Binh stage (HCMC).
