Vietnam's representative at Miss International 2023 is runner-up Nguyen Phuong Nhi. She is one of the contestants who made many impressions at the contest, attracting attention from the first days and shining in accompanying activities.

The contestant groups at Miss International 2023 have schedules to experience Japanese culture and travel in different regions across the country. But as a representative who has been awarded the Miss Visit Japan Tourism Ambassador certificate, Phuong Nhi has a special schedule when she is often sent to meet with the leaders of major provinces and cities in Japan.
In particular, she was invited to visit the City Hall, the Governor's Office of Niigata Prefecture and gave an impressive, confident, and profound speech about the Vietnam-Japan relationship. In addition to the representative of Vietnam, there was also the reigning Miss International Jasmin Selberg and 3 beauties from Japan, Hawaii, and the Netherlands. Recently, Phuong Nhi and Miss International USA were also invited to the Yokkaichi Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
In addition, in the Most Favorite Contestant sub-contest, Phuong Nhi continuously led the votes for contestants in the Asia-Pacific region.
On beauty forums, the Vietnamese representative was praised by the international audience for her sweet beauty and bright stage face, which are suitable for the competition criteria. The beauty page Missosology with more than 1.7 million followers on Facebook posted a prediction table for this year's Miss International results. Notably, Phuong Nhi was favored to be ranked first for the highest position. The top 5 contestants are Andrea Rubio (Venezuela), Sofia Osio (Colombia), Charlotte Muziri (Zimbabwe), Cassandra Yap (Malaysia).
In previous rankings, Phuong Nhi was also highly rated but was only in the top 10.
The final night of Miss International 2023 will take place on October 26 in Japan.
