In recent years, HueWACO has had rapid and positive development, all production and business targets have been achieved and exceeded the plan.

Specifically, the water supply capacity reached 280,000 m3/day and night; the water production output reached more than 72 million m3, an average increase of 5.3%/year; the recorded water output reached more than 63 million m3, an average increase of 4.2%/year; clean water revenue reached more than 619 billion VND, an average increase of 4.5%/year; pre-tax profit reached 157.8 billion VND, an increase of 8.2%/year; the non-cash payment rate reached 86.5%; the average income of workers reached 17.2 million VND, an average increase of 5.6%/year; budget contribution increased by 1.53%/year and the rate of people using clean water in the whole city reached 97.62%, the city with the highest rate of clean water supply in the country.

The emulation movement for excellent workers, promoting initiatives and technical improvements at HueWACO has been effectively implemented. From the emulation movements, the company has had many excellent topics and initiatives applied in practice, many collectives and individuals have been recognized by the city leaders and the Government, awarded certificates of merit, typically: The company was awarded a certificate of merit by the Prime Minister for winning the National Quality Gold Award in 2020, the topics: "Application of Green Energy for Water Treatment Plants", "Smart Sedimentation - Filter Tank", "Research on production of refined salt solution and manufacturing of Javen electrolysis machine" have been honored and published in the "Vietnam Golden Book of Creativity".

HueWACO implements construction of many water supply projects in the city

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Chi Tai congratulated and commended the collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements who were recognized this time. At the same time, he pointed out the limitations in the implementation of the emulation movement that need to be overcome, such as: Although the emulation movement has developed extensively, it is not comprehensive, uniform, or continuous. The discovery and replication of advanced models are not regular. The number of direct workers being rewarded is still low.

In the coming time, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Chi Tai suggested that the organization of emulation movements must have a focus, key points, specific and clear goals and criteria.
