The first destination when exploring Hai Hau district (Nam Dinh province) that visitors should not miss is the ruined church.

The ruined church, also known as the “Heart Church”, was designed very elaborately, beautifully and sustainably with soft, graceful arches. Today, with its wild beauty, stained by time, the ruined church is an attractive destination for tourists when coming to Nam Dinh.

Hung Nghia Church has long been famous as a beautiful European-style photo spot for many young people. Built in Gothic architecture, the church has a main hall 76m long, 33m wide, and 24m high.

When it comes to famous tourist destinations in Hai Hau, the Luong market covered bridge (Hai Anh commune) is also a place visited by many tourists.

Although it has existed for more than 500 years, until now, Luong market covered bridge is still one of the three oldest and most beautiful covered bridges in Vietnam that still retains its original appearance.

According to the Management Board of the Luong Pagoda Historical Relic Complex, during holidays and Tet, many tourists from all over the country who have the opportunity to visit Nam Dinh come to Hai Anh commune to visit and pose next to the Luong market bridge to take souvenir photos.
