As usual, Tet Van Loc 2025 brings together famous singers from home and abroad, bringing to the audience artistic performances imbued with national identity and full of love for the homeland. General director Nguyen Cong Vuong shared about the theme of this year's program: "We always pay attention to choosing themes that are suitable for the social context and artistic activities in the country. This year's theme 'Tieng ca dang doi' is special with the participation of singers associated with the war years and still resounding to this day, as a part of the sacred soul of the nation. In addition, young singers also bring lyrical songs full of nostalgia."
The program is divided into 3 parts: "Going through the years", "A time to remember" and "Late spring".
This year, the audience enjoyed special performances imbued with the national spirit. Professor, record holder, artist Chu Bao Que and the Dong Thoi Gian group performed the song “Cha” – an ancient quan ho song, People’s Artist Thuy Huong and artist Thuy Hang, Head of the UNESCO Vietnam Art Troupe, brought a joyful and happy atmosphere through the tune “Thuyen Mo Lai Cheo”.
One of the special highlights of Tet Van Loc 2025 is the appearance of 4 veteran artists: People's Artist Trung Duc, People's Artist Quang Tho, People's Artist Thu Hien and People's Artist Thanh Hoa. The artists harmonized in the song "Quang Binh, my hometown", creating an impressive combination that touched the hearts of listeners.
An indispensable part of the program are comedy skits, bringing a joyful and emotional atmosphere to the audience. In particular, director Nguyen Cong Vuong wrote the script and directed the comedy “Spring in the foreign land”, talking about children living far away from home during Tet. “Tet is approaching, all of us feel homesick, longing to return home to reunite with our families. However, not everyone can return home to celebrate Tet. The play is the voice of those living far away from home”, director Nguyen Cong Vuong shared.
The play features artists such as Mr. Vuong Rau, Meritorious Artist Thanh Binh, Thanh Tu, Hiep Vit. Along with that, another comedy sketch called “Kindness from the Heart” is also performed with the participation of Meritorious Artist Chi Trung, Meritorious Artist Quang Teo, Bao Chung, Chien Thang, Xuan Nghia, Van Anh, to convey the message of love and social responsibility in the community.
The program also features many famous singers such as Ngoc Son, Bach Cong Khanh, Bao Chung, Dieu Tham, Truong Vu, Mai Quoc Huy, Yen Ngoc, My Hanh, Trong Hai, Vu Ha, Truong Sang, Le Anh, Le Trang... creating a diverse and emotional artistic space.
