| Hanoi Mass Arts Festival 2024 has many high quality performances. |
To celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital, on the evening of November 1, at the Ba Kieu Temple flower garden (Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi), the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports organized a Mass Arts Festival with the theme "Hanoi - Faith and Hope" in 2024.

The festival was launched in March 2024 and has received enthusiastic response from districts, towns and cities in the city.
Many localities organized festivals from the commune level, 24/30 units organized festivals at the district level and 100% of districts participated in city-level festivals.
The preliminary round of the Festival was held in the evenings from October 17 to October 19, 2024 at the City Cultural Center with the participation of nearly 4,000 extras from 30 districts, towns and cities in the capital.
The programs participating in the Festival have the content of praising Vietnam - the country - the people; praising the heroic capital Hanoi - the City for Peace - the Creative City after 70 years of liberation, construction, integration and development with great achievements, traditional cultural values, imbued with national identity and modern cultural values...; praising the people of Hanoi with the gallant, elegant, loyal, civilized qualities that have been distilled and crystallized in the process of formation and development of the thousand-year-old capital.
The programs are invested in, staged methodically, attractively, creatively, combining drum performances, flag dances imbued with traditional cultural values with choirs, orchestras and unique art performances.

Based on the evaluation results of the preliminary round jury, the Organizing Committee selected 12 units with excellent quality programs to participate in the Final Round of the Festival, including units such as: districts: Cau Giay, Hoan Kiem, Ha Dong...; districts: Dong Anh, Ba Vi, Thanh Oai...
During the Final night, teams from 12 districts in the city brought the public many unique performances.
At the end of the Final night, the Organizing Committee awarded two A Prizes to the teams: Tay Ho district and Thanh Tri district.
10 B prizes for the teams: Ba Vi, Cau Giay, Dong Anh, Hoang Mai, Bac Tu Liem, Hoan Kiem, Chuong My, Ha Dong, Dan Phuong.
There are also some third prizes, consolation prizes and special prizes.

The festival is organized on a large scale to promote and educate the thousand-year-old history of culture and heroism of Thang Long-Hanoi, the glorious revolutionary struggle tradition of the Party Committee, government, armed forces and people of the capital.
Thereby, arousing pride, joining hands, and unanimity to build and develop the Capital of "Cultured - Civilized - Modern" in the process of integration and development. The festival is an opportunity for localities to meet, exchange, learn, create opportunities to promote traditional cultural values while creating new and diverse cultural products, meeting the creative and enjoyment needs of the public.
