Students of a high school in Hanoi have just received letters of acceptance to study in Toronto (Ontario, Canada).
Accordingly, 178 students from Ha Dong High School who received scholarships to study abroad in Canada are all in grades 10 and 11.
The school that granted scholarships to the 178 students mentioned above is TAIE International Academy - a large international high school in Toronto (Ontario, Canada).
TAIE International Academy awarded scholarships to 178 students, each worth 8,500 Canadian dollars (equivalent to 160 million VND). In addition, each student will receive a 300 Canadian dollar discount upon admission.
According to TAIE International Academy, when studying the Ontario Secondary School Diploma program, students will learn English as a second language and continue to study the Grade 11 and 12 program. There, students will have access to education, a multicultural environment; learning paths and career orientation. Students will experience an inclusive, diverse community that promotes both intellectual and personal development.
From the 2024-2025 school year, Ha Dong High School will comprehensively innovate from facilities to teaching staff and training programs. The school has signed cooperation agreements with a number of high schools, colleges, universities and academies in Canada (TAIE, OAIE...), from which there are many scholarship policies for students.
The school set a goal that by the end of grade 10, at least 30% of students will receive an invitation to study in grade 11 at a high school in Toronto, Canada; by the end of grade 11, after achieving international study qualifications, each student will have at least 1 invitation to study in grade 12 at a high school in Toronto, Canada. These goals have become a reality.
In the summer of 2025, TAIE School cooperated with Ha Dong High School to organize 2 Summer Camps: from July 20 to August 2 and from August 3 to August 16. The Summer Camp is for students aged 12 to 18. The Summer Camp lasts for 2 weeks, registration before March 16, 2025; scientifically designed between learning - playing and activities.
At summer camp, students have morning classes that include English and STEAM. In STEAM, students learn about science, technology, engineering, arts, and math.
In addition, in the afternoon and on weekends, students can visit famous landmarks and many famous universities and colleges: University of Toronto, TMU University, OCAD University, Queen's University... During the Summer camp, students can also participate in popular recreational and sports activities in Canada.
Ha Dong High School also informed about the time and form of admission to grade 10 for the 2025-2026 school year. Specifically, the school will consider admission to grade 10 in one of two forms: considering transcripts (for students with training results (conduct) and learning (academic performance) of grade 8 and semester I grade 9 from Good or higher) or considering admission based on entrance exam scores to grade 10 of public high schools. Time to receive application documents from February 3.
Students voluntarily apply for extra classes, do teachers violate Circular 29?
'Students all have good and excellent titles, so why worry about going to extra classes?'
