03-4-2024: Notice of seizure of secured assets in Phu Yen province

Lien Viet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank (LPBank) - Phu Yen Branch announces the seizure of secured assets, specifically as follows:

1. Assets seized: Land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to land plot number 1119, map sheet number 300-A, land plot address: Nho Lam village, Hoa Quang Nam commune, Phu Hoa district, Phu Yen province according to the certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to land number AQ 012306, GCN registration number H 00208 issued by Phu Hoa district People's Committee on July 3, 2009, updated on October 8, 2019 for owners Mr. Le Hoang Thien and Ms. Phan Dang Tu Trinh. 2. Time and place of asset seizure: At 9:00 a.m. on April 16, 2024 at Nho Lam village, Hoa Quang Nam commune, Phu Hoa district, Phu Yen province. 3. Reason for seizure: Because the borrower (Mr. Le Hoang Thien and Ms. Phan Dang Tu Trinh according to Credit Contract No. HDTD60020221115 dated July 12, 2022) did not fulfill their loan repayment obligations to LPBank, the Bank seized the secured assets to handle and recover the loan.
