With the goal of promoting communication about Vietnam's achievements in the economic - cultural - social fields, ensuring human rights through the perspective of all classes at home and abroad, on June 15, the Department of Foreign Information, Ministry of Information and Communications officially announced the Rules and time for receiving works of the Photo and Video Contest "Happy Vietnam - Happy Vietnam" for Vietnamese and foreigners in 2023.

The contest contributes to strongly spreading noble human values, empathy and concern of the community and society for the lives of each individual and each situation with the desire to "leave no one behind".

The contest does not limit the number of entries and aims to build an image of a happy Vietnam through new, objective perspectives of professional and non-professional authors at home and abroad.
