Accordingly, through professional work, the police force discovered that at 1:21 a.m. on May 22, the Facebook account "Truong Phu Ho" posted false information in the group "My Hometown Thoi Hoa - Tra On" on Facebook about supporting "the family of the deceased newborn baby" at Ho Chi Minh City Children's Hospital.

Specifically, the article said that the newborn baby had a terminal illness and was being treated at the Children's Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City for more than a month, but the baby did not survive and passed away.

The information also stated that the deceased child’s family was facing difficulties and had no money to hire a car to take the child’s body back to their hometown for burial, and was hoping for help with the cost of taking the child home for burial. The article also included photos, a fake death certificate, a bank account number, the account holder’s name, and a contact phone number.

Verifying the above information, Tra On District Police determined that the above incident was not real. At the same time, they affirmed that this was fake information, false information, created by some people, cut and pasted images, fabricated to defraud and appropriate property.
