Substantially and effectively implement emulation movements throughout the judicial sector

(VLO) On February 14, in Vinh Long, the Emulation Cluster of the Judicial Agencies of the Northern Hau River Provinces (referred to as the Emulation Cluster) held a conference to summarize the emulation and reward work in 2024.

Deputy Minister of Justice - Mai Luong Khoi; Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee - Lu Quang Ngoi attended the conference.

Deputy Minister of Justice - Mai Luong Khoi presented a certificate of merit from the Minister of Justice for outstanding achievements in organizing and implementing the emulation movement of the industry in 2024 to the Department of Justice of Vinh Long province and the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Vinh Long province.

In 2024, judicial agencies in the Emulation Cluster will actively promote the important role of inspection and examination activities to promptly detect, handle and prevent violations in the management areas of the Judicial sector.

Accordingly, the Departments of Justice in the Emulation Cluster have appraised 468 draft legal documents; ensuring that 100% of legal documents of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee are appraised by the Department of Justice before promulgation.

Implementing the emulation movement "The entire civil judgment enforcement system is disciplined, responsible, united, creative, and strives to compete to successfully complete assigned political tasks", civil judgment enforcement agencies have completed 86,359 cases, reaching a rate of 84.54% (exceeding 1.29% compared to the target assigned by the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement); handling complaints and denunciations reached a rate of 99.73%.

Units signed a competition covenant in 2025.

Deputy Minister of Justice - Mai Luong Khoi requested units in the Emulation Cluster to continue to raise awareness of the position and role of emulation and reward work, enhance the responsibility of Party committees, heads of units, and mass organizations in organizing emulation movements...

At the same time, organize and launch practical and effective emulation movements throughout the industry with diverse forms and appropriate content.

At the conference, the organizing committee announced the decision to appoint the Head and Deputy Head of the Emulation Cluster of the Department of Justice, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of the Northern Hau River provinces and the Emulation Blocks of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Sub-Departments under the Emulation Cluster. Accordingly, Long An province is the Head of the Emulation Cluster in 2025.
