Ca Na commune meets advanced new rural standards

On July 11, in Ca Na commune, the People's Committee of Thuan Nam district held a ceremony to announce Ca Na commune meeting advanced new rural standards in 2022.

After achieving the NTM standard in 2016, Ca Na commune continues to maintain and strive to perfect the criteria for building advanced NTM. The locality has well implemented the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people check, people benefit". In the past 6 years, Ca Na commune has mobilized resources of more than 118.6 billion VND to invest in completing traffic infrastructure to serve people in production and trade; building an increasingly renewed and prosperous rural appearance, and improving the spiritual and material cultural life of the people. The average income per capita in the commune reached 58 million VND/year. Up to now, Ca Na commune has achieved 19/19 criteria for building advanced NTM.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development awarded the certificate of recognition for meeting the advanced NTM standards in 2022 to Ca Na commune; awarded certificates of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to 2 collectives and 5 individuals; Thuan Nam District People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 10 collectives and individuals with achievements in building a commune meeting the advanced NTM standards in 2022.
