Cultural beauty of National Unity Day
On November 10, together with other localities in the province, 86/86 villages, hamlets and neighborhoods of Binh Lieu district successfully organized the National Great Unity Festival, celebrating the 94th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day on November 18 (1930-2024). This year's National Great Unity Festival became even more meaningful in the joy and pride when in 2024 Binh Lieu became the first mountainous, border and ethnic district in the country to be recognized as meeting the new rural standards. From all the villages, hamlets and residential areas in the district, the flags were dyed red, people sang together loudly, joyfully, and gathered around warm and affectionate meals of solidarity.
The festival has contributed to consolidating and promoting the people's mastery, strengthening the strength of the great national unity bloc and enhancing the role of the Fatherland Front in the new period. In particular, through the festival, the unique cultural beauty and traditions of the ethnic communities in the district continue to be preserved and promoted, contributing to motivating and strongly arousing the spirit of excitement and emulation among the people, determined to overcome all difficulties and challenges, maintaining the development achievements of the province and locality.

In order to promote the strength of great national unity in the area, in recent times, the Fatherland Front at all levels of Binh Lieu district has promoted the implementation of patriotic emulation movements and campaigns with many rich and practical contents. Propaganda and mobilization work has a focus, key points, clear people, clear work, clear effectiveness, attracting a large number of people to participate and respond. Through movements and campaigns: "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas", "For the poor - No one is left behind", Project "Promoting the role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels in propagating and mobilizing people to eliminate backward customs, practices, and practices in Binh Lieu district in the period of 2023-2025" ... has contributed to strengthening the strength of the great national unity bloc, constantly caring for and improving people's lives.
In 2024, the district Fatherland Front directed the communes to review and make a list of poor and near-poor households with housing difficulties to request the Provincial Fund for the Poor and units and organizations to support the construction of 13 new houses and 10 hygienic toilets. In particular, in the face of the damage caused by storm No. 3, the District Fatherland Front Standing Committee mobilized civil servants, employees, businesses, philanthropists and people to support severely damaged households to overcome difficulties with a total cost of nearly 600 million VND.
The district Fatherland Front has issued a plan to organize propaganda activities to celebrate the 106th anniversary of the district's founding on December 26 (1919-2024), the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Binh Lieu district on December 25 (1950-2025), to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the 14th National Party Congress and important events of the country in 2025. Through the organization of cultural, artistic and sports activities, launching the registration of skillful mass mobilization models, models of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas" to contribute to promoting the image of the people and land of Binh Lieu, the achievements that the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Binh Lieu district have achieved in the cause of protecting, building and developing the country over the past 105 years, while at the same time arousing in all classes People with spirit and responsibility contribute to building and developing a rich and beautiful homeland.
