Dienbien.gov.vn - On the afternoon of February 12, the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Decision on the reorganization of the apparatus of agencies and party organizations under the Provincial Party Committee and personnel work. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee presented the Decision and flowers to the members of the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term.
At the conference, comrade Pham Khac Quan - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board announced the Decision to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board; decisions on assignment, transfer and appointment of cadres. In the past time, Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, units and localities in the province's political system have been active, made efforts and proactive in advising the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee to effectively direct the implementation of steps to rearrange and reorganize advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee and district-level Party Committees; ending the activities of Party delegations and Party executive committees; ending the activities of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises, the Provincial Health Care and Protection Committee for Cadres, etc. in accordance with the Central and provincial directions. At the same time, establishing Party Committees of provincial Party agencies, Party Committees of the Provincial People's Committee; merging the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee into the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee in a more streamlined and effective direction.
