To transfer money to support, customers just need to do the following :

• Step 1 : Log in to VCB Digibank.
• Step 2 : Select the “Charity Transfer” feature or type the keyword “Charity Transfer” in the search box.
• Step 3 : Select the "Fund/Charity" you want to support.

Step 4 : Verify and complete the transaction.

To help people affected by storms and floods reduce their difficulties, as a bridge, Vietcombank quickly coordinated with Central and local Organizations/Units/Funds (Fatherland Front, Red Cross, Support Funds...) to open accounts and upload information to VCB Digibank, helping people across the country to transfer donations 24/7 with just a few simple steps and the donations will be transferred to the accounts receiving the support.

Not only updating the "Charity Money Transfer" feature on VCB Digibank, in the next few days, Vietcombank will add a list of Organizations/Units/Funds to the point redemption list in VCB Rewards so that customers can redeem accumulated points of the loyalty program into money to support compatriots.

In addition, Vietcombank will deploy the "Charity Money Transfer" feature on VCB DigiBiz (digital bank for SME businesses).
