Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requests agencies and units to organize propaganda and mobilize organizations, individuals and people from all walks of life inside and outside the province to raise awareness of the position, role and importance of the sea and islands and voluntarily participate in supporting the Fund for Vietnam's sea and islands of the province; seriously and thoughtfully organize the reception of money and goods from organizations and individuals inside and outside the province to participate in supporting, strictly manage, publicize and submit to the Central fund in accordance with regulations.
