Scientific and technological tasks focus on researching and preserving: Traditional craft villages of ethnic groups in the Central Highlands; traditional cultural heritages, restoring and promoting the value of decorative patterns of ethnic groups; applying 4.0 technology to support the management, preservation, storage and promotion of the value of artifacts, relics, museums, etc. With the richness and uniqueness of the culture of ethnic communities, the results of the research have become one of the important efforts to promote local culture and tourism.

In particular, the topic "Research on solutions to preserve and promote the value of Cat Tien-Lam Dong archaeological relics" proposed technical solutions to preserve relics, digitally restore, recreate some festivals and boldly proposed technical solutions to protect and restore architectural works, most of which are ruins, using methods of comparative research, digitalization, restoration, 3D modeling, raising the issue of applying 4.0 technology in preserving and promoting cultural and historical values.

The topic "Application of 4.0 technology in building the Geographical Map of Ethnic Minorities in Lam Dong Province", building a digital catalog of the cultural heritage system of ethnic minorities in the province; building a management software system with identification codes, types, ethnic groups, popular geographical areas, origins, residence history, culture, typical customs, etc.

In the trend of digital transformation and the fourth industrial revolution, the issue of applying technology to the preservation, storage and promotion of cultural heritage values ​​is raised and requires early practical application. Researching and applying new technology to database construction, 3D digitization and construction of virtual relics and museums, when effectively implemented, will contribute to the preservation of indigenous cultural values, while helping people and tourists more easily access the identity of Lam Dong province's ethnic groups.
