According to Kyiv Independent, the Ukrainian government has just appointed three Deputy Defense Ministers: Ivan Havryliuk, Stanislav Haider and Dmytro Klimenkov.
Also according to the announcement of the Kiev government, Mr. Dmytro Klimenkov, Commercial Director of the National Gas Transport Company, was appointed Deputy Minister of Defense in charge of supervising procurement and promoting digitalization.

General Ivan Gavrylyuk was appointed Deputy Minister in charge of overseeing military and technical policies, supporting the increase of domestic arms production and supplies, logistics coordination and relations with Western partners.
Stanislav Haider, a former official of the National Anti-Corruption Agency, was appointed as Deputy Minister in charge of enhancing transparency and accountability at the Ministry of Defense and establishing data management systems.
President Volodymyr Zelensky fired Defense Minister Oleksii Rezniko in September and appointed politician Rustem Umerov to the post.
The new minister, after taking office, dismissed six deputy ministers and the secretary of state of the Defense Ministry. Mr. Umerov said that the new deputies will oversee military and technical policies as well as procurement and reform activities at the Defense Ministry.
