BHG - On the afternoon of February 17, under the chairmanship of comrade Hoang Gia Long, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to deploy tasks according to the Conclusion of General Secretary To Lam during his working trip to the province. At the meeting, the leaders of the Department of Construction reported on the draft of the Master Plan for the project of Relocating the center of Coc Pai town (Xin Man) out of the risk of landslides; the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development reported on the draft of the project of Relocating people out of areas at very high risk and high risk of landslides in Coc Pai town; the Department of Health reported on the proposal for the Provincial General Hospital project; the Department of Transport reported on the proposed investment plan for phase 2 of the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway Project, from Tan Quang to Thanh Thuy International Border Gate and the plan to upgrade and renovate national highways in the province, period 2026 - 2030; the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board reported on the progress of the implementation of the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway Project (phase 1) completed to 4 lanes.

After listening to the delegates' discussion on the time, cost, location, and investment form of the projects, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Gia Long concluded: For the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway Project, Phase 2, the investment plan was agreed upon under the public-private investment method (PPP), the investment scale is to complete 4 lanes combined with smart traffic, the starting point connects to the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway Project, Phase 1, the final section to Thanh Thuy Border Gate Economic Zone; the total estimated investment is about 15,000 billion VND.

Regarding the project to build the Provincial General Hospital (Provincial Hospital Block), Comrade Hoang Gia Long agreed with the plan proposed by the Department of Health, the construction location is at the Dao Duc Plant Seed Center, with a scale of 1,000 beds, a total investment of about 2,500 billion VND, proposing that the Central Government support the investment of 1,200 billion VND to build infrastructure, and the province will use old equipment of the existing Hospital.
Regarding the projects of Migration and relocation of Coc Pai town center, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Gia Long requested the Department of Construction and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to continue to complete the projects, in which it is necessary to clarify the basis for implementing the plan to relocate residents in the landslide risk area in Coc Pai town, firstly develop an urgent plan to relocate 44 households in the high landslide risk area before the flood season this year; develop a plan to relocate local and general Coc Pai town; determine the expected location of Coc Pai town to assess the landslide risk, scale, area...
