TYM Thanh Hoa deploys loan limit

Customers come to TYM Thanh Hoa branch to apply for a loan limit.

Ms. Le Bich Thao, Deputy Director of TYM - Thanh Hoa Branch, said: The loan limit is a new step in TYM's credit activities, aiming to bring flexible financial solutions, most suitable for each customer. The difference of the loan limit is that customers can withdraw capital when necessary within the approved limit, without having to borrow the entire amount from the beginning. In addition, customers only have to pay interest on the actual amount withdrawn instead of the entire limit. This helps save costs, especially for customers who do not need to use the entire loan amount immediately.

TYM's loan procedures are also very quick and simple. After the credit limit has been approved, customers can quickly withdraw capital without having to re-apply for a loan from the beginning (only need to sign a credit contract for the entire credit limit granted for a long period of up to 36 months, saving time and effort. The loan period is flexible, creating conditions for customers to effectively rotate capital and develop a stable business. Customers can borrow capital at any time, as long as the disbursement time is within the approved credit limit period.

The loan product supports customers to borrow capital to serve their living needs, such as: purchasing equipment, building, repairing houses, auxiliary works, clean water works, supplementing capital to invest in the fields of agriculture, forestry, fishery, developing industries, processing, consuming products, business, trading, services to increase income, improve the lives of customers and their families. The loan amount for customers who are individuals representing poor households, near-poor households is from 1 million VND to 100 million VND; for other customers, from 1 million VND to 50 million VND; with flexible loan terms according to the needs of each customer: from 15 weeks to 156 weeks and unlimited number of loans within the credit limit period. Repayment period is weekly or 4 weeks; interest rates are flexible, reasonable and regulated for each period.

At TYM Thanh Hoa, the limit loan has been deployed since the end of 2024; up to now, TYM Thanh Hoa has had 232 customers borrowing limit loans, with a total capital disbursement of 10,644 billion VND, outstanding debt of more than 10,165 billion VND.

Following the staff of Transaction Office No. 03 - TYM Thanh Hoa branch, we went to cluster 27 and met a customer, Ms. Le Thi Ly, in Tan Son ward, Thanh Hoa city, who is one of the pioneer customers to register for a loan limit at Transaction Office 03. Ms. Ly shared: in 2022, she joined TYM and borrowed 50 million VND to invest in tables, chairs and equipment for selling breakfast, and she paid back the principal and interest in full for all loan cycles. At the end of 2024, Transaction Office 03 deployed a loan limit in Thanh Hoa city. Realizing that this loan product had many advantages, she immediately registered. “When I heard the TYM staff introduce this type of capital, there is no limit on the number of loans like the current lending policy (maximum of two loans at a time) and the repayment period is more flexible. I found it very suitable, so I boldly borrowed the maximum loan limit of 50 million VND so that my family can continue to invest in buying more tables, chairs and furniture. Up to now, I have paid 3 installments, each installment I pay the principal of 3.847 million VND, interest of 320,000 VND and save 273,000 VND, with a total of 4.450 million VND each time. Thanks to the annual loan capital along with the loan limit from TYM, it has helped my family have a source of money to do breakfast business, since then the family's economy in recent years has been better than before", Ms. Ly happily shared.

As one of the long-time customers and also the pioneer customer to register for a loan limit at Transaction Office No. 02 - TYM Thanh Hoa branch. In 2004, TYM started operating in Sam Son City, Ms. Pham Thi Dung, cluster 62 - village 3, Dai Hung commune registered for a loan of 500,000 VND to trade agricultural products. Since then, she has borrowed 21 rounds of capital and has fully paid both principal and interest. In March 2025, TYM launched a loan limit in Sam Son City. She was the first person to register for a loan limit of 50 million VND, with a repayment period of 50 weeks to continue investing in expanding her agricultural product store.

Ms. Dung shared: “My family sells agricultural products so we often have to borrow money to have working capital for business. I feel very shy every time I have to do procedures and documents for a loan. However, since TYM implemented this capital limit, the procedures have become simpler, no need for mortgage, after signing the contract, I have money 1 week later. In addition, every week, I regularly repay TYM a portion of the principal and interest; if the loan term expires, after repaying, I can continue to borrow again without having to do as many documents and procedures as before. Regarding the form of payment, it will be divided into small installments, so it saves a lot of time for me to be proactive in my business.”

Limit loans are one of TYM Thanh Hoa's credit activities, aiming to provide flexible and most suitable financial solutions for each individual customer. In the coming time, TYM Thanh Hoa will continue to have a plan to prepare good capital so that more and more female customers can access and benefit from this type of loan.
