On this occasion, a group of sponsors from outside the province came to present a charity house to Mr. Nguyen Van Loi, a poor household in An Ngai Tay commune. Mr. Loi is living with his youngest daughter (57 years old) who is mentally retarded and cannot work to earn an income. The total area of the house is 44m2 (4m wide and 11m long), with a total value of 90 million VND, supported by Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan (Ward 5, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City) with 60 million VND and the family contributed 30 million VND and labor days.
