At the meeting, the Provincial Association awarded support funds to District and City Associations to support 450 victims in localities, with a total value of 900 million VND.
In addition to the above financial support, the Provincial Association also presented gifts to 50 victims in difficult circumstances and with severe disabilities, each gift including necessities worth 500,000 VND.
