Hung Yen province increased 12 ranks in the 2024 Administrative Reform Index

According to the results announced at the Government meeting on April 6, the Administrative Reform Index (PAR INDEX) of Hung Yen province in 2024 reached 89.84 points, ranked 14th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide, up 12 places compared to 2023. The index assessing the level of satisfaction of people and organizations with the service of state administrative agencies (SIPAS) in 2024, Hung Yen province reached 87.7%, ranked 8th out of 63 provinces and cities; down 1 place compared to 2023.

In the Hung Yen Province SIPAS Index, many component indexes have high rankings such as: The level of satisfaction of people and businesses with government accountability ranked 5th out of 63 provinces and cities; The level of satisfaction of people and businesses with the provision of information and full, easy-to-understand policy explanations ranked 5th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide.
