On April 18, the People's Committee of Hung Yen province and the Military Industry - Telecommunications Group (Viettel) held a conference to sign a Memorandum of Understanding on strategic cooperation on breakthroughs in science - technology development, innovation and digital transformation for the period 2025 - 2030. In the period of 2021 - 2025, Viettel has coordinated with localities in the province to actively carry out digital transformation, promote digital infrastructure, deploy digital platforms for the government, people and businesses in many fields such as: Viettel - HIS smart hospital management software applications, school management software and electronic contact books, electronic information portals... Up to now, the unit has supported the deployment of an online meeting system from the Provincial People's Committee to 171 connecting points in localities in the province; provided 505 free transmission lines at schools; 4G mobile network covered 99.9% of the population in the province; 100% of villages and residential groups were connected to fiber optic infrastructure; many localities were supported to install and operate online television systems; over 1.1 million health records were updated on the electronic health record system, reaching a rate of 84%; Over 20 thousand personal and organizational accounts are used in electronic transactions...
