Typically, organizing direct dialogue conferences between heads of Party committees, heads of authorities at all levels with people in districts, cities and provinces; effectively implementing Project 02 "Mass mobilization work to participate in building a cultural and civilized lifestyle" in the province for the period 2021-2025 associated with organizing the launch of "Civilized Saturday". The mass mobilization work of the government in administrative procedure reform has contributed to building working style, improving working methods, raising awareness and attitude of serving people in the direction of being close to the people, creating favorable conditions for people and businesses when participating in implementing administrative procedures.
The Law on Implementing Democracy at the Grassroots Level has been implemented synchronously with the tasks of Party building, political system building and socio-economic development, strengthening the work of inspection and supervision of the situation and results of building and implementing the grassroots democracy regulations, promoting the people's mastery according to the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise, people enjoy"; creating unity in the perception and action of the entire political system on promoting the people's mastery, promptly grasping the people's thoughts and aspirations, creating conditions for people to contribute ideas to Party building, government building, creating consensus in implementing political tasks at the local level, further consolidating people's trust in local Party committees and governments.
