The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has issued the latest Northeast Monsoon bulletin and weather forecast for the next 10 days, from the evening of November 28 to December 7, for the whole country.

It is forecasted that on land, around the afternoon of November 30, this cold air mass will affect the northeastern region of the North; then affect other places in the North, North Central and Central Central regions.
