The Ho Chi Minh City University of Science did not award this degree to Mr. Nguyen Truong Hai, and he was not a graduate student at the school.

Master Hoang Thanh Tu, Deputy Head of the School's Information and Communications Department, said that regarding the verification of Mr. Nguyen Truong Hai's doctoral degree, the school responded to the verification request from the units that Mr. Hai had never been a master's or doctoral student of the school's program.
Master Hoang Thanh Tu also confirmed that Mr. Nguyen Truong Hai did not study at the university level. "According to the personal information Mr. Hai provided in his application to the schools about studying at the university level at the University of Natural Sciences in Ho Chi Minh City, the school has reviewed data and checked information from nearby courses but could not find any compatible information to verify that Mr. Nguyen Truong Hai was a student of the school," Master Tu shared.
Master Tu added that in fact, in the data of successful candidates, the school's degree data storage book does not have information about this learner (such as diploma) in the faculties, courses, and training systems of the school up to now. The school's information center also could not find compatible data.
