Specifically, the meeting discussed and unanimously approved the Department of Industry and Trade's proposal on supporting the cost of sharing the road to Hoa Cam Industrial Park for organizations and enterprises in Cam Le Industrial Cluster; approving the criteria for selecting organizations to invest in production and business in Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster; approving the List of electricity projects serving socio-economic development for national and public interests in the Plan for developing the power supply network of Da Nang city in the period of 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.
At the same time, unanimously approved the investment policy of Capital Square 3 Urban Area Project; adjusted the investment policy and simultaneously approved the investor of Bien Dong Phuong Villa and Hotel Project; adjusted the investment policy of Da Nang Real Estate and Marina Project; and the results of the appraisal of the dossier adjusting the investment policy of The Nam Khang Resort Residences Project of The Nam Khang Joint Stock Company.
At the meeting, members of the City People's Committee gave their opinions and approved in principle the Plan for exploiting information infrastructure assets of the Da Nang Software Park - Software Park No. 2 (phase 1); determining the land price for re-lease in industrial parks managed by the Da Nang Industrial Park Infrastructure Development and Exploitation Company; approving investors for the project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Hoa Ninh Industrial Park.
The meeting also unanimously approved the reports of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on approving the auction plan for land use rights for a number of land plots: land plot with symbol A1-1 on Vo Van Kiet Street frontage; land plot with symbol A1 belonging to the resettlement area project at the end of Bach Dang Dong route;...
In addition, the City People's Committee unanimously approved the submission of a Resolution on support policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the implementation of organizational restructuring in Da Nang City; promulgating a List of public career services using the state budget in the field of natural resources and environment in Da Nang City; developing a Resolution on exemption of fees for visiting Ngu Hanh Son scenic relics and cultural works and museums in Da Nang City in 2025 and 2026 according to simplified procedures.
