According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on the day and night of March 27, heat waves covered many areas, especially in the North Central region, some places had temperatures above 37 degrees Celsius.

In addition, people need to be on guard against the possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong winds in the Northern region.

Hydrometeorological experts recommend that people who have to work in hot weather should arrange their working hours during cool times such as early morning or late afternoon, and limit working time in high temperature environments.

If you have to work, you should not work too long in a hot environment, avoid strenuous physical activities, and periodically after about 45 minutes to 1 hour of work, people should rest in a cool place for 15-20 minutes.

When working in hot environments, people need to minimize the area of ​​sunlight exposure on the body, especially the neck and shoulder area; use appropriate personal protective equipment when working outdoors in the sun such as protective clothing, hats, glasses, wear loose, cool and sweat-absorbent clothes, use additional sunscreen, do not use alcoholic beverages...
