The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee has decided to retire according to the regime for comrade Vo Van Tan, Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Organization Board and comrade Ngo Van Luan, Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board, from August 1.
On August 1, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee held a ceremony to present decisions on cadres. Comrade Nguyen Van Nen, Politburo member and Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, chaired and presented the decisions.
Also attending were comrades: Nguyen Phuoc Loc, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; and comrades leading the Organizing Committee and the Mass Mobilization Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee has decided to retire according to the regime for comrade Vo Van Tan, Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Organization Board and comrade Ngo Van Luan, Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board, from August 1.
Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen commented that the two comrades had excellently fulfilled their tasks during their working time. At the same time, he respectfully acknowledged the contributions of the two comrades to the overall development of Ho Chi Minh City.

During their working time, the two comrades have held many positions, maturing in the process of working from the grassroots level to the city with a sense of responsibility and high sense of organization and discipline.
The Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee hopes that when they retire, the two comrades will continue to fulfill their roles as party members and retired officials to work with the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee to build the city to develop quickly and sustainably in the future.

Comrade Vo Van Tan was born in 1962, his hometown is Cu Chi district. Before holding the position of Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee (from May 2012), he held many positions in Cu Chi district, such as Secretary of the Phuoc Hiep Commune Party Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the District Party Committee and Permanent Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee.
During his work, comrade Vo Van Tan was awarded the Third Class Labor Medal, a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister and many other certificates of merit.
Comrade Ngo Van Luan was born in 1962, from Quang Ninh. Before holding the position of Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission (from June 2020), he held many positions such as: Deputy Secretary of District Party Committee of District 11, Standing Deputy Secretary of Binh Thanh District Party Committee, Secretary of District Party Committee of District 11.
