BHG - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 201/QD-UBND to establish the Land Fund Development Center of Ha Giang province.

The Ha Giang Provincial Land Fund Development Center is a land fund development organization, a public service unit with revenue, self-insurance of regular and investment expenditures under the Provincial People's Committee; has legal status, its own seal and account to operate in accordance with the provisions of law; is under the management of the Provincial People's Committee in terms of organization and operation, and is subject to professional and technical guidance from the management agency of the center's industry and field of operation in the province.
Regarding the organizational structure, the center consists of a director and deputy directors, and specialized departments. The decision takes effect from February 20, 2025.
The Provincial Land Fund Development Center is responsible for managing the land fund specified in Clause 1, Article 113 of the 2024 Land Law; establishing and implementing projects to create land funds to organize auctions of land use rights; establishing and organizing the implementation of compensation, support and resettlement plans when the State recovers land; establishing projects to create land funds to allocate land to implement land policies for ethnic minorities; developing land price lists; determining specific land prices at the request of competent State agencies; organizing the implementation of investment in construction, creation and development of resettlement land funds to serve the State's land recovery and socio-economic development in the locality; organizing auctions of land use rights according to the provisions of law; making a list and organizing short-term leasing of land plots and land areas assigned for management but without decisions on land allocation or land lease; Provide services in compensation, support, resettlement when the State recovers land and other services in the field of land management; enter into joint ventures, associations, and cooperation with economic organizations and individuals to perform assigned tasks according to the provisions of law on management and use of State assets; provisions of law on autonomy mechanism for public service units and provisions of other relevant laws; sign contracts to hire organizations and individuals to act as consultants or perform assigned tasks according to the provisions of law.
The establishment of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center is urgent, aiming to effectively manage and exploit land resources, meeting the common development goals and tasks of the province.
