Establishment of the Market Management Department of Quang Nam province

Quang Nam Provincial Market Management Department has legal status, headquarters, seal and separate account according to the provisions of law.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Director of the Department of Industry and Trade to be responsible for presiding over and coordinating with relevant agencies and units to receive the original status of the organization, payroll, personnel, budget, assets, tools, equipment... up to the time of handover according to Official Dispatch No. 839/BCT-TCQLTT dated February 6, 2025 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on coordinating the reception of the original status of the Market Management Department.

In addition, the Provincial People's Committee advises the decision to promulgate regulations on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Quang Nam Provincial Market Management Department under the Department of Industry and Trade in accordance with regulations.
