In 2025, Hanoi City continues to implement the theme of the year "Discipline, responsibility, action, creativity, development" and the motto of 3 "clear": clear process of handling, progress, quality, efficiency of work; clear authority, responsibility; clear results of inspection, urging, and handling of leaders in performing public duties in conjunction with thoroughly grasping and strictly implementing the direction of the Prime Minister, Directive No. 24-CT/TU of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on strengthening discipline, discipline and responsibility in handling work in the political system of Hanoi City.
Promoting the achievements and experiences, all levels and sectors are showing determination to continue to promote innovation, creativity, and enhance responsibility in performing public duties, to accompany the whole country into a new era of development.
