People are guided and facilitated when carrying out administrative procedures at the "one-stop" department of Phu Xuan commune.

At the Phu Xuan commune one-stop shop at the beginning of the afternoon working hours on February 20, 100% of the on-duty departments were present and on time. People coming to handle administrative procedures were guided by officials, creating the most favorable conditions.

Since the first working day of the new year, the Phu Xuan commune one-stop department has received and processed more than 100 administrative procedure files related to many fields such as land, marriage and family, justice... All qualified files were processed on time and before the deadline.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, Can Bi village said: “Today, I came here to complete the paperwork to apply for a job at a foreign company in Binh Xuyen II Industrial Park. The staff here are very enthusiastic, give full instructions and resolve the issue quickly, people do not have to wait long.”

Vice Chairwoman of Phu Xuan Commune People's Committee Le Thi Thao said: "We thoroughly educate 100% of cadres and civil servants on the spirit and serious working attitude, not letting the after-effects of Tet affect the performance of public duties and the settlement of administrative procedures for the people.

All officials and civil servants are required to strictly comply with working hours, discipline, administrative discipline, report daily work, and strictly prohibit taking leave or taking advantage of working days to attend festivals or New Year's Eve trips. Violators will be strictly handled according to regulations."

In Thanh Lang town, the working atmosphere at the one-stop department and other specialized departments is carried out seriously with a high sense of responsibility. 100% of the files requesting to resolve administrative procedures that meet the conditions are completed correctly and before the deadline.

Chairman of Thanh Lang Town People's Committee Nguyen Huu Bay said: "Immediately after the Lunar New Year 2024, the Party Committee and the Town People's Committee held a meeting to identify key tasks that need to be urgently resolved.
