Accordingly, in order to ensure the smooth running of the 9th Vietnam - China Border Defense Friendship Exchange Program in Lang Son province, based on the results of discussions and agreements with the People's Government of Pingxiang City, Guangxi (China), the Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone Management Board announces the temporary suspension of entry and exit, import and export activities through the customs clearance area of ​​landmarks 1116-1117 and the dedicated road for transporting goods in the area of ​​landmarks 1119-1120 of the Huu Nghi - Huu Nghi Quan international border gate pair for 3 days.

The specific suspension time (Hanoi time) is as follows: April 15, from 7:00-10:00 and from 15:30-17:30. April 16, from 7:00-9:00 and from 12:30-14:00. April 17, from 7:00-9:00 and from 13:00-14:00.

The functional forces of Lang Son province closely contacted the People's Government of Pingxiang City (China) to flexibly organize and coordinate entry and exit, import and export activities through the customs clearance area of ​​landmarks 1116-1117 and the dedicated road for transporting goods in the area of ​​landmarks 1119-1120 of the Huu Nghi - Huu Nghi Quan international border gate pair during the above period.

Specifically, from April 15 to April 17, customs clearance time at the Huu Nghi-Huu Nghi Quan border gate pair via the dedicated cargo transport route 1119-1120 will be extended to 20:00 (Hanoi time); via the customs clearance area 1116-1117 to 20:00 (Hanoi time).

Specialized units proactively coordinate to disseminate information to organizations, individuals, and businesses operating ports to be proactive in entry, exit, and import-export activities; coordinate with relevant Chinese functional forces to organize and manage entry, exit, and import-export activities at border gates, ensuring the safe and smooth organization of the 9th Vietnam-China Border Defense Friendship Exchange Program; and minimize impacts on entry, exit, and import-export activities at border gates.
